This Privacy Policy describes how Wikigu ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Game.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: Your display name, linked to your authentication provider (Google or Apple). We do not store passwords.
• In-game position: The latitude/longitude of your virtual character, stored to enable multiplayer features. This may reflect your actual GPS location when you use the "Fly to GPS" feature.
• User content: Images you attach to in-game cells are stored on our servers.
• Usage data: Anonymous usage statistics collected via Firebase Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Game and display your character to nearby players;
• To enable multiplayer and territorial features;
• To enforce our Terms of Service and moderate content.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) as our backend infrastructure. Data is stored and processed on Google servers subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

• Location data is overwritten as you move within the Game;
• Images are deleted when you remove them or when your account is deleted;
• All account data is permanently deleted upon account deletion. Backups may be retained for up to 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. This permanently removes your profile, in-game positions, captured territory, and all uploaded images.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use Firebase authentication and security rules to restrict access to your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
