By creating an account and playing Wikigu ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent.
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You may not share or transfer your account to another person.
You may add photos to any geographic cell in the Game. Photos are public — visible to every player who passes through that cell, and you may remove a photo you added at any time. By uploading content, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Game.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Violations will result in immediate content removal and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any user content at our sole discretion. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. To report content, use the in-game report button.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the in-game Settings screen.
Your use of the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
